The small print
Availability – we now have an Online Diary which enables us to provide a calendar for event organisers to see which rooms and times are available for booking. The existence of a free session in the calendar does not guarantee that it can/will be reserved for your event. Please check with the Booking Secretary before finalising your arrangements.
